Order Pickup Not Ready Yet?
Hello, I placed an order for some xFi equipment and a service upgrade and got the confirmation email saying that my order is pending, but that was two hours ago and the website originally said the pickup could be ready in an hour. I know that pickups can be delayed for various reasons, but I would like to know if "pending" just means its waiting to be picked up.

Hey @user_cb8e86, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums. That is a great question! The order will show as pending until the service is activated. Since it has been two hours, it should be ready to go for you. Our website here, also walks you through setting up a store appointment so you can skip the line when you go to pick it up.
