Order delivered when set for pickup

I ordered my Order to be picked up in store But it was delivered to my apartment that I don’t live in yet. I move in a week and most likely whatever was delivered will be stolen. What exactly am I supposed to do about this?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the equipment being shipped out when you wanted to pick it up from the local store, but you have reached the right group that can take a look at this for you. Have you tried reaching out to the apartment office to see if they could hold the package for you?

I believe they delivered it to the door but even then my apartments do not hold packages at all.

That is ok @user_4rnr4l, you can still go to the store and pick up equipment if the package is not there when you move in. You will not be held responsible if the package is taken, we can remove the equipment from the account in that case.
