Order confirmation

I talked to a live chat agent 2 days ago to change internet plan, the order was placed by the live chat agent.  I haven't received any email confirmation.

The next day I talked to another live chat agent for the status,  she checked for me telling me the order was submitted successfully and gave me an order confirmation number, and told me it will take some time( maximum 48 hours) for my account to reflect it.  

Now 2 days passed I still haven't seen any confirmation email or account changes.  Should continue to wait?  Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
