Open Pedestal - Been waiting almost a year to get this fixed

The cover for the pedestal that services my house will not close properly due to a tree that needs to be cut away to allow the cover to close. This allows the possibility of ingress by rodents, insects, and weather which could result in service degradation or interruption. It's also an "open" invite (pardon the pun) to any mischievous kid.
