Open Junction Box
There is a Comcast junction box (pedestal terminal) on our property that was serviced by Comcast over a year ago. The new terminal was too tall for the existing box, so the technician left the box hanging on top of the terminal with a 1 foot gap between the box and its base, exposing all internal cables to the elements. After spending over an hour on the phone with Comcast to report it several months ago, a ticket was allegedly created, but nothing happened.
We would appreciate it if Comcast could please address this.

Not only will I be able to look into that past ticket, but I can ensure we'll get a team to secure the wiring and box to protect the connections within it! Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
