Open gate

Hello, we had a tech come into our backyard to work on a comcast box that is in our utility easement.  He came with no notice and when he had completed his work, he left our gate open.

No, we are not Xfinity customers. The box is in the utility easement in our backyard and they showed up yesterday to do something within the box. When he completed his work he left and did not close our gate. It's a good thing our dogs were not let out before we checked the gate.

Thank you for clarifying, and I’m very sorry to learn that this happened. I completely understand how concerning it must have been to find your gate left open, especially with dogs in the home. I’m glad you noticed it before letting them outside. Even though you’re not an Xfinity customer, we definitely want to make sure your experience with a technician accessing the utility easement is properly addressed. I’d like to gather a few additional details so we can look into the visit and make sure your concerns are documented with the appropriate team. How does this sound so far?
