Online option - UPS label - does not work

I want to get a UPS label to return unused equipment. The website does not work. It says it’s not available now. I’ve called and spoken to a representative. That was also not able to help me. Driving to the Xfinity store is an hour away and I am only 10 minutes from the UPS drip off location. 
How can I get a label?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with printing the return label, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies, or using a private browser window?
