Online option - UPS label - does not work

I want to get a UPS label to return unused equipment. The website does not work. It says it’s not available now. I’ve called and spoken to a representative. That was also not able to help me. Driving to the Xfinity store is an hour away and I am only 10 minutes from the UPS drip off location. 
How can I get a label?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with printing the return label, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies, or using a private browser window?

I see. Did you stop your Xfinity service?

Not completely. Only TV. I still have phone and wifi services through xfinity.

Great, then you have access to the account online and to print out a label. Are you able to try printing it in incognito? Us here on the forum can only guide customers on printing it out from their account, or directing them to a local UPS Store to ship it back for free without a label.

That is what I am having a problem with, the online account doesnt work. I have an inquiry to customer care, thank you for your suggestions.
