Olympics Deal Never Honored by Xfinity

Hi, I have signed up for Xfinity Olympics deal in early August 2024. According to the contract, I was supposed to get a home internet for $35 and one mobile line for free for 12 months. I have also brought one of my friends to sign up to the same deal. 

However, both of us have been paying for our mobile lines since August 2024. I visited the Xfinity store several times and contacted costumer support, but they have not resolved my issue. 

Please, help me resolve the issue. Thank you.

OMG, exact the same thing has happened to me. Customer support and store associate did not help a bit.

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Was anyone able to resolve this issue? Xfinity has been openly cheating with its customers. 

I am being charged every single month for this despite of the promotion.

I opened a formal ticket with Xfinity on Dec 27, 2024 and have called them many times since. 2-3 representatives confirmed that I am eligible for the refund and that I should not be seeing any further charges posted to the account. Latest, I was told that since I did not dispute in the first 60 days they will not give me a refund even after initially agreeing to it. Their audacity is to settle it instead with a mere four month refund for a system issue at their end for not applying the promotion at all. Not to mention the mental distress caused in hours and hours of trying to reach a live agent, explaining the issue a million times, being put on hold, at times conveniently being disconnected, and then fake consolations that I will get the refund.
