Old cable lines from alley to my house

How do I get old cable lines removed from my house?  I have an active Xfinity line and account but two older lines (Comcast or a predecessor) also run to my house and are no longer in use nor viable (obsolete).

Hey @user_18qwa2, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about some possible exterior drop lines. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Are you able to confirm if they are Comcast/Xfinity lines, as we would not remove any other service providers lines. With an active drop already for services, it could be another service providers that you no longer use.

Unfortunately I do not have information about the prior service provider.  Prior owners are long gone and the lines appear obsolete.  Would Xfinity/Comcast have records of prior service at my address?

Typically we only have one line that leads to the home to provide service. There can be two if the home was previous a duplex or MDU. We can certainly look into scheduling an In-Home Service Visit to evaluate further @user_18qwa2
