old address and different amount

When I try to pay my bill, my old address and different amount populate. Why is that? no Xfinity employee can resolve this issue. I have been getting the run around for a day now this is crazy. I would like to pay my current bill at my current address.

  • Are you signing in with the same Xfinity ID that was used at the previous address?
  • When you log into your account, does the correct service address appear anywhere on the account?
