nowhere to add promotion code MC50

Hi, as has been pointed out by many others, there is a pop up saying we will receive a $50 virtual gift card if we sign up today, but there is no place to add MC50 promotion code when signing up for internet services today.

Please investigate and manually apply it to my account. And if you'd like me to directly message, please activate direct messaging for me. Thanks!

user_gu4q06 My team can look into this to see if we have that to offer on our end. Sometimes we don't have the same online promotions, but we can try.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
