@Anon.M.W, thank you for reaching out, we would be happy to help point you in the right direction to get assistance with your Wi-Fi pass concerns. This is actually a product sold outside the Xfinity ecosystem, but you should have a direct number listed on the receipt you received from purchase for the customer service team that can assist you.

Hey @user_e6cwl1, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the NOW WiFi Pass service. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

Have you attempted to contact our NOW WiFi Pass team by using the contact information that is provided on your purchase receipt? I would certainly attempt to get a hold of that team to see if they can provide any steps to help your devices gain a successful connection.

Have you also attempted other steps such as clearing the cache/cookies within the web browser and device you are using to connect to the Xfinity WiFi Hotspot? There could be some data missing or expired that is causing issues with the authentication process. Our Xfinity support page can help provide steps on how to clear the cache/cookies on a variety of browsers.
