NOW TV Roku Sign In Broken

I have NOW Internet and NOW TV. I am able to log into Xfinity Stream app on Android and FireTV, but not Roku. I get the error below when I sign in, can you please help?

Error:

Unfortunately we cannot support high speed data customers without a video subscription.

Thank you very much for reaching out to our team here. I do see Roku devices are eligible with the NOW TV service. For issues with logging into that you will have to reach out to the NOW team directly at the https://www.xfinity.com/support/ site.

I reached out to support and no one is able to help. I'm cancelling the subscription, terrible customer service. Amazing. Nobody has a clue and keeps referring to other departments.
