Now Mobile number not linked to account

I switched from xfinity mobile to xfinity NOW mobile in March 2025. From the time of port, the number doesn't show up under by mobile plan. The Web portal shows I have a NOW mobile line but no number/device associated to it. The payments are going through every month and the service is active. However I want to port out of Xfinity NOW mobile back to Xfinity postpaid and no one seems to know how to troubleshoot this. I am unable to get the transfer pin from anywhere, not the chat, xfinity mobile customer service nor the store itself. This has been very frustrating since March. Can someone for the love of god please help me locate where my number is linked to?

Hey @user_w3s2q1, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the porting of the NOW Mobile services. I do apologize, but we do not provide support for the NOW Mobile services. You would need to reach out through our Xfinity Assistant in order to get a NOW Mobile representative.

If you are planning on obtaining the Xfinity Mobile services, you will need to have possession of the account number, transfer PIN, account holders name, and billing address. I recommend reaching out to our NOW Mobile team for further assistance by clicking here.

I am trying to reach out to them for months, spending hours each time I reach out to them. No one seems to know what they are doing. No one is ready to help. The advanced team got on and said they fixed it and I have to create a new ID and transferred me to internet team. upon creating ID, it's the same issue. Number doesn't show up under my mobile plan.

Great guys! I hope people read your response and make a decision before switching to your service. I reached out to you guys because NOW support team is incompetent. Good to know it's the same here.
