Hello @user_8kximg I'm sorry to hear that the chat was disconnected. It's vital to make sure that our customers are assisted and that there services are working. I hope that you were able to connect with the NOW support team again. If not and you are still having an issue you can connect with them here. Unfortunately with NOW services we are unable to assist since we do not have access to NOW services.
