NOW Internet with no Comcast drop to home

I am looking to get NOW internet for my mother at her home. The inside of the home has the proper coax from WOW internet service, but there is no drop to the house from Comcast. I am curious if a technician comes out to run a drop to a ground block and then we would take care of connection from there, or if the home has to have an active Comcast drop already at the home to get NOW service with the self-install kit. Thank you!

Hey there, @user_d2c6a0, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your mother's home. We would be happy to check on serviceability to her home. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

@XfinityJeniece Is there a reason you can not just answer the question?
He asked a basic generic question... it could apply to anyone, anywhere that has xfinity service running down the street, just not a drop to the intended house.  I was looking to do the same for my father, and was told by a District manager, that it can be done.  Order Now Xfinity, the install kit will show up, connect it to your existing co-ax in the house, and then call in a trouble report, stating there is no drop to the house that can be found.  He said Xfinity, would send a tech to place the drop & likely hand you a $100 bill for doing it,   That seams like the king of info a "trouble shooting team" on the Xfinity forum should know, & be able to tell people.  The specific's of the house location are irrelevant.  Whether or not Comcast will actually do it, is the only question that matters... as apparently this policy is a recent one.  He said when NOW was 1st offered, an existing drop to the house was required,
