NOW Internet Gateway 2.4ghz

I recently activated my dual band NOW internet Gateway.  I pay for 200 mbps and speed tests consistently indicate speeds within +/- 50 mbps on the 5 ghz band.

The 2.4 ghz band is another story.  From day one, I get only 25 mbps +/- 15 mbps.  I have tried changing channels to no avail.  Is this normal?  Can I do anything to rectify this?  There is NO customer service IMO for NOW services!
