Nov 2024 storm repair
love the fact you can't get through the IVRU to talk to an agent when there is a massive storm repair and the only thing on the website and app are "we are working on it". I have yet to see a truck in the greater Sultan-Gold Bar area.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the recent severe weather event that has taken place in the area. You may or may not see service vehicles in the area as are network is massive and work will need to take place in other parts of the network to restore services in your area.
I highly recommend visiting our 'Washington Storm-Related Power Outages Impacting Comcast Service' news page which our local community leaders are providing available updates and progress on the repairs for the surrounding area. As always, we have our Xfinity Status Center which will provide any updates and status of the services as they become available and our Xfinity App. I apologize that we would not have any updates outside these resources as well and hope that your services get restored as soon as possible.
