Not sure what to do: Service Issue for OVER one year! NO one has helped, 20+ technician visits.
I am reaching out hoping this goes to someone that can help. We have had constant issues with service at our house since January 2023. We have had, no exaggeration, OVER 20 technicians who have visited our house, as well as a local supervisor. I have texted this local supervisor since March 2023 which is exactly one year.
All of my connections inside the house are perfect, this has been verified by every single technician that has visited.
There is an issue with the main tap outside. Every technician sees the issue and submits a "maintenance ticket" for the tap issue outside, and then nothing is resolved. Maintenance shows up (I see the trucks arrive) and they DO NOT FIX ANYTHING! There clearly is a SERIOUS issue that no one wants to fix.
This has been ongoing for way too long and I am at a total loss of what to do. I've tried following protocol, and going through over 20 technicians to the house should have been enough. Every box has been replaced multiple times, modem multiple times, new lines ran outside multiple times. It is pathetic how long this has been going on.
We are desperate as we are running two businesses from home and have no internet daily! We pay for gigabit speeds and our internet goes to a half a megabyte per second!!!

Hello jcap8991. I'm so sorry you've been having these issues for this long. I'd be more than happy to help. What is the initial issue? Was your internet not working, cable services pixelating, what's going on with your services?
