Not getting some channels on X16 wireless box

Some of my channels are not connecting, I get a black screen and then it either reverts back to the previous channel or a box comes up saying Sorry we are having trouble connecting.   This is only happening on one of my boxes, the other 2 boxes can receive these channels just fine.  I have tried un-plugging everything and plugging back in several times, I also have done a system restart, system refresh and restarted the modem.  I have found 5 channels so far that I can't receive on this box, the other channels come in fine and my other 2 boxes can receive these 5 channels.

Hey there, thank you for bringing this to our attention, I would be happy to resolve this for you. Can you please send a DM with your name and address to XFINITY SUPPORT for me?

@XfinityAnthonyT   Update:   This box has now completely stopped working.  Would like to return and have a new one sent to me, it's an X16 wireless box.  It died gradually, first the 5 HD channels I mentioned above, on May 12, then last week some SD channels stopped coming in and the cloud dvr stopped working on this box only, then, this past  Sunday it completely died and won't come back on.  In addition to this wireless box, we also have one on another t.v., so I switched them and this box won't work on the other t.v. either, so it's the box.

Hey @user_de8085,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with one of the set-top boxes. The best way to exchange that out is by visiting a local Xfinity Store. Your cant find your closest store information by visiting our Xfinity Store Locator

There would be no additional charges for exchanging, so that is the best and easier option.

Okay, I'll try.   But, last year when I originally went to the store to get my wireless boxes, they told me that they don't have the X16 wireless box in the store and I would have to contact customer service to get them.  So, I came here, sent a dm and they mailed them to me.  But, maybe they'll have them this time.

Depending on inventory levels, they may also be able to accept your set-top box and place an order for a replacement to be shipped. If you need additional help, please let us know.

I returned the non-working box to the xfinity store.  As expected, they said they didn't have any wireless boxes in stock and said I would have to order from customer service, which is what I had to do last year when I got the box.  So, can I get someone to order me a wireless box?  My old one was an Xi6-A and I'd like to order the same model, if possible.   Thanks.
