Not getting Comcast's new 200Mbps upload speeds - support [Edited]!

I have the 1.2Gbps plan. When I log in online, it says I have 1200Mbps download, and 200Mbps upload. I am only getting the old 40Mbps upload - hard wired directly to my SB7 xFi gateway. I've spent 2 hours troubleshooting with chat and they have no idea what I am talking about. I keep getting "Are you on wifi? Do you have your own router? Are you on wifi? (again)" lol (TWO HOURS I will never get back)

I've read some people had to open a tech support ticket to get it resolved. How do I do that? I can't seem to get past this horrible tier 1 support.

Nothing was resolved - I will be calling support and hopefully get someone that can help.

My plan clearly says I have 1200 download, 200 upload when I log in. The rep above said no I have to get a new plan! This does not make any sense.
