Non-Existent Customer Service

It seems like Xfinity is dead set on pushing me to another ISP. I have been a customer for 5 years now and repeatedly experience the same issues, which is one thing, but the frustrating part of the ordeal is truly that there is nobody to actually reach out to. Any time I've needed any sort of customer support, I am relegated to the wholly unhelpful agent support chat in which the agents are more concerned with upselling me on something I don't want and reminding me how much I'm paying for a service that doesn't even work. than actually helping me to resolve an issue. Not to mention, each time I've gone through this same process, I've had someone sent out, and then been billed for something I didn't even need because of this disjointed and uninformed support service where the field tech doesn't even know why he's there because whatever ticket being filled out in the support tool is just plain wrong. Just please give us some avenue to actually solve problems and reach out to you as a service provider! I understand that issues are bound to happen, but frankly I find the current solutions in place to be disrespectful to my time, my money, and just downright offensive as a customer. I hope to receive some form of correspondence from an actual employee, rather than an outsourced support center halfway across the world, but I'm honestly not counting on it.
