Non-existent customer service
I have a simple billing question that cannot be addressed by AI. It should not be so hard to get hold of someone. It shows a total disregard for your customers. I made a payment arrangement and received an email confirmation. Then today I got a cut off notice. So, which is it, the payment arrangement I made or what you are demanding?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
