NON CUSTOMER SERVICE

I will NOT do business by text or bot!!!

I've been a customer for 40 years.  Customer service has done nothing but get worse.  Why in the [Edited: "Language"] does it take 40+ minutes of bot to be sent to the wrong person?  Why does a 10 minute conversation turn into an hour and a half ordeal.  Your app is useless, webpage worse, and lack of human phone calls is apparently non existant.
