No WiFi Signal to House

I am desperate because I cannot talk to a real person to schedule a technician service appointment at my house. I have no WiFi signal. I manually restarted the XB7 Gateway numerous times without success. Then I used a signal tester and discovered that there is no signal to any of the coaxial outlets in my house. So, I am certain that it is an issue with the signal coming to my house from the street, which I cannot fix. I depend on a fast WiFi connection for work. 

I appreciate any advice about how to get this fixed.

Calling the customer service does not help as it is not possible to talk to a real person.

Hey there @tullma ! Sorry to hear you're having service trouble! One thing I can recommend is checking to see if there is possibly an area problem which you can do with the methods here :  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage  I like to use the XFINITY app myself when I have difficulties! If there is nothing showing we can certainly work with you to see what's happening. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
