No way to cancel services if you cannot use a standard phone/accept a phone call?

I have been using Xfinity for years & usually change/move services through the online chat, but apparently all this does now is route you to having someone call you. Due to a disability, I cannot do this on the phone. I have to have a way to do it through email/online/etc. I have been fighting with this for a week now & haven’t found a way, & Xfinity will of course not let my husband call for me since it’s my account (a mistake I guess I won’t be making in the future - silly me, expecting a tech company to have tech solutions). I was unable to find even an email. All I found was a “post here and hope someone lets you use the message thing we’ve all been using for years.” So this is me posting, & hoping that Xfinity learns that they do have disabled or even just busy customers who cannot spend hours arguing on the phone with someone.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
