No term agreements offered for renewal - why?
My 2 year agreement has run out and my monthly rate has spiked. My old plan doesn't exist anymore but the only offers I can move to are without any term agreement. Consequence is that monthly rate is double of what a new customer pays for the same plan ;-( Called in and I'll just say: I didn't have the best experience with the rep I talked to....
I've been a loyal Comcast/xfinity customer for >15 years and am looking for a fair deal.

Certain departments have different promotions within Xfinity and I can definitely check to see if I have term agreement or better promotion for you. Can you private message us so I can take a look?
