No technician for over a week
Hello Everyone,
We had a performance issue followed by an outage in our area yesterday. There was a technician parked outside. When they left we got a message saying the outage was fixed. However we didn’t have Internet.
We have utilized the AI chat and phone assistant, live chat agents, and live phone agents. We have an appointment for a week out.
We work from home and this outage is costing us income and possibly our jobs. We really need assistance.
Thank you,

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
