No signal

I have a new replacement box.  Plugged it in. Tv says no signal.  Remote does not work to set up

user_3en2tp Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your new TV box. This would be frustrating and I appreciate the chance to help make sure you are taken care of. If you check out the Xfinity app on the TV do you see the new box shown there? If not is the an activate device option shown there?
