No show for 2 service calls

First call 3/9/26 with person over the phone. Advised tech would come out within 2 days. Never showed. Second contact through Xfinity live agent 3/20/26. Advised tech would come out that evening. Never showed. My problem is that there is red plastic tubing sticking up about 7 in on my front yard. I saw that the tubing was put in the ground and leads to the house. The tubing is visible just below grass.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
