No Response from Executive Customer Relations After Providing Requested Documents

Hello,

Ticket: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I am posting here because I have not been able to get any response from the Executive Customer Relations team regarding my case.

I was contacted by an Executive Customer Relations agent and was asked to provide supporting documents, specifically my bank transaction statements, to help resolve my issue. I submitted all requested documents promptly.

However, since then, I have not received any follow-up communication.

I have:

  • Sent multiple follow-up emails

  • Left several voicemails

  • Attempted to reach them by phone multiple times

Unfortunately, I have not received any response at all.

At this point, I am unsure how to proceed. I would appreciate it if someone from Comcast/Xfinity could:

  1. Provide a status update on my case

  2. Reconnect me with an available Executive Customer Relations agent

  3. Help move this issue toward resolution

I have already made every effort to cooperate and provide the requested information, and I am simply looking for a resolution.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello @user_1zy8lr, you have come to the right place for help. Thank you for taking the proper steps to receive assistance. We can make sure that you are back in touch with the right team regarding your issue. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.
