No resolution

My services is scheduled to be suspended on the 19th l have a ticket awaiting resolution for 2 days I am so afraid this will not be resolved before the date and I will be disappointed with the outcome this issue has been unresolved prior to the ticket for weeks this is the worst experience I have ever had trying to resolve something l am a single mother of a disabled child doing the best I can and this is Added stress
