No receipt return equipment

System down, he says he can't provide receipt.

If some tools are down for maintenance and updates, it may not be possible to perform some actions. We do recommend visiting at another time when everything is working as normal. If you returned the equipment, you can also keep track by visiting the Xfinity App and Xfinity web portal to see if the equipment is still listed at a later date. 

 

What equipment did you return and on what date/time?
