No purchase confirmation after placing order

I recently placed an order for xfinity internet but never received any confirmation of purchase. No screen stating the order went through, email, text, or otherwise. I attempted to put in an order a second time but the received the same results. When attempting to login to xfinity's site, it immediately appears to log me back out and I'm unable to access any account settings. I have no way of knowing the status of my order.

Now I'm worried I may have either placed in two orders or neither had gone through.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
