No order confirmation

I recently ordered wifi (including a start up kit to set up my own equipment) and received no email confirmation. As such, I resubmitted the entire order thinking it may not have gone through, but again had no confirmation. I cannot check the website “billing” section or access account details as I just get an infinite loading screen when trying to go to those pages. Please help me confirm that I do not have multiple orders out, and that at one of them went through and the kit will be arriving at some point. Thanks.
