No one coming for appointment
I scheduled 3 appointments, the first 2 were no shows by the technician, and the 3rd time he came for 3 minutes and said, that he will be back. He never came back. I made a 4th appointment for 8/6 between 3pm-5pm. What do I do if this one is a no show? This is very frustrating. I'm being billed for a service I don't have and the employees, don't want to work, or blow me off. I have people waiting at the house for over a week now and still no service.

The concern is not "X1" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
