No loyalty from you for loyal long time customers

Why do those of us who have been with you for 25 years get nothing  while new customers get all the incentives ? I’m laying already more than 50$ a month more than anywhere else for my services and my bill would be almsot 100$ less per month if I was a new customer and you say you have no promotions for me and i even have your mobile service now too and get no discount for having all 3 services ??? Maybe it’s time to part ways

I will be happy to check on this for you. Are you looking to keep everything the same as you have now? Would you be ok with a service agreement as part of these offers?

I am a member of the Xfinity rewards program but it doesn't offer me as a senior citizen any discounts I would like to see. I received a phone call today that claimed it was from Xfinity and asked if I wanted to lower my costs. When I indicated yes, I had an individual on the line who knew my name and indicated he could see I was eligible for a lower fee and that is when the phone cut off. I think this may have been a scam.

My apologies that you've received a call regarding your services. As a company, we do not call our customers about pricing and promos for privacy purposes. That was most likely a scam. We've been told that customers are being called about cutting their bill in half, and would be receiving a gift card from Amazon or Target. Those are definitely phishing calls. Thank you for confirming that.  Is there any other thoughts to providing things of value on the rewards site? I haven't found anything of value to me. I would prefer a reward that would recognize me as the 25 year customer that I am and that would be a discount in costs. That is why so many people would respond to this type of scam.

-Click "Sign In" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
