no longer have xifinity service and weird address
I just moved to a new address.
Talked with an agent and I agreed on the service.
They said it's good to go but in my app, it still says You no longer have Xfinity service and the Internet is still not available.
I chatted with customer service a few times, but they still couldn't solve the problem.
Also, they transferred me about 10 times with no reason when they had trouble with troubleshooting.
Something's going definitely weird right now.
Also there was another problem.
they said they would re-start the service on my account, then they restarted the service at my previous address.
you know what?
there's another-another problem.
Another agent said he's gonna remove the service and will start the service at my current address.
But he just added something weird address in NJ, even not close to where I'm living now. I don't know that address and he just added that address on me.
The service at my previous address is still on as well of course.
How can I solve this problem?

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
