No internet

I was a week without internet because a Xfinity representative cut my cable and didn't fixed the problem properly,he just  made a bridge mode on the router and now my internet and my neighbor are horrible because is connected!

 Yikes — that sounds beyond frustrating, and we totally understand why you’d be upset. A week without internet, especially when it’s due to a service visit, is absolutely not what we want for you. We would be happy to look into this for you.
