No Internet problem on xfinitywifi hotspot

So, there's this local xfinitywifi hotspot that I rely on a lot for study, and it has worked just fine until about a week ago. About 2 days ago it started having the issue of "connected, no internet" even though I have 4 bars. All other hotspots I've tried work just fine (I went around to a few others to test if it was an in general issue or just the one).

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_eylxlu! It would appear the internet going to the modem that is broadcasting the hotspot is offline. The user may have recently disabled this hotspot. Are there any other hotspots nearby that can be connected to?

Xfinity is not understand the issue and are running from the problem! You did an update and now we can't access xfinitywifi. Don't tell me to access my home network when I'm in another state!! This doesn't even make sense!

user_82d377, I understand that you are not at your residence right now. It sounds like the hotspot you are trying to use has been turned off. The only thing to do is to try to use a different wifi hotspot.
