No internet problem - no techs arrive!

We have been without internet since August 10, 2026. Quite familiar with resetting things! But nothing worked. Did text chat August 11 with no resolve but got a time for a tech a week later. Never got a notice so I went to our Xfinity store. He said no tech was scheduled. So decided to change the modem but still nothing worked. Had another "chat" on the 17th. Still couldn't fix so he had tech date approved for Aug. 19th 10 am. Asked if I will get text confirming...said it was sent. No one showed. Back to Xfinity store. No appt. scheduled again. She said the tech canceled it eith no reason stated. No notification that this was done. Our time is important  too. I was told to have patience because of July 4th storm. But that is not our problem..it is yours to supply what you sell in a timely manner. It is not cheap. Diamond customer who pays in time even though we have had many issues..we stayed with you. This one is pushing me to move on. Have not called today yet to get another appointment because of the way I've been treated. Hoping you answer in timely fashion... I deserve it!
