I've also had to call because my bill was wrong. I only have 2 mobile devices. On my bill I was getting charged for 3 activation fees and my internet has yet to me discounted. Or is supposed to be recurring every month, on the internet bill.  I talked to a case manager today, that got me no where. No compromising, absolutely nothing after what was done. Another rude person I talked to. Cannot believe how xfinity treats their customers and scam them as well.
