No gift cards for new lines or phones

I'm a 52 yo man with disabilities I have the highest tier of internet plus I bought to cell phones an had 2 new lines an was supposed to get gift cards after 12 weeks I was informed that I will not be getting them I'm modelers a new customer only had xfinity for a little over a year an the gave me every excuse they could think of of why I will not be getting them I've had no missed or late payments with them but I cannot get what was shown if I purchased them an had to fill out a form and all I would not recommend but anything from them this company is the worst
