No Direct Message Option
For the life of me I cannot understand how this corporation is still in business. I live in a rural area with no other options (except satalite which doesn't work for my work connections). If I had ANY other feasible option, I would be on it & I would gladly pay more money just to do business with a better company.
I have multiple issues.
1. I need to report an outage from a road crew severing the line on my road.
2. I have a billing issue where you just decided to charge me an additional $25 for I'm guessing nothing. I want a refund for that amount from the auto pay you just processed and I don't want it on my bill anymore.
3. I have 6 security camera that I need to return. I will NOT be visiting "my nearest store" (which is literally COUNTIES away, I will be shipping them back just like you shipped them to me. I need address & any additional instructions for this.
4. Your customer service is a JOKE. And do not refer me to some "direct message" option that doesn't even exist!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
