No connection

I have been receiving text messages since Oct 8, 10 , 11, 13,14, 16, 17 with no internet connection on fixing an issue. On the 18,19 & 20 I have been in the chats with agents again fixing the issue. Now today 21st I called in to get my service for this month Free of charge and I have been told I can only get a $6.52 credit. Unacceptable.
