No Coaxial Outlet

I have recently purchased a model for internet service and opted for self install. Unfortunately, I don’t have a coaxial outlet in my home. Can a technician install it for me?? Thank you so much!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good morning @amaral2000. Thank you for reaching out to us! Please be minded that sending unsolicited peer to peer chat messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Community Forum, is a violation of Forum Guidelines Per those guidelines, continued violations could be subject to a revocation of your Xfinity Forum privileges. We never want to get to that point with any user, so we recommend reviewing those guidelines thoroughly. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you.

We would be able to send out a technician to run a line to your home but the technicians wouldn't perform what is called "wall fishing" which is just like it sounds, adding a line and feeding it through the walls to an outlet, that would either be done by an electrician or by someone hired by the property manager. To send a technician there would be a fee. I see that you have sent a DM, and I've responded there as well. Please review & respond at your earliest convenience. Thanks!
