I have TV Premium package. Last year NFL Redone was included. When I tried to access on Sunday it was not available. Why??

Hey @user_zu22qw, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I hope you enjoyed opening week for the recent football games! NFL Redzone has never been included within our Xfinity TV Premium video plan. The plan should only include the NFL Network.
To get NFL Redzone, you will need an eligible Xfinity Video plan as well as our 'More Sports and Entertainment Package'.
If you have our Xfinity X1 service, you can use your Xfinity Voice Remote to add the package to your TV plan. Just say, "Upgrade to NFL RedZone" into it. This takes you to the Manage Channels app where you can add NFL RedZone to your subscription. You can also say, "I Want NFL RedZone" or "More Sports & Entertainment.".
