I would like to check when my address would be upgraded for the Next Gen internet, Can somebody check that?

We are not able to tell you when the service will be available in your area; what I can do is check if the Next Gen is available now at your specific address. To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

Hello, I was also wondering if/when the next gen speeds are coming to my area. An agent wanted to send a technician out to my house to "upgrade" it but I don't think that's possible on the technician level and I wasn't going to pay to have a technician come inside when the work is to be done on the outside.

The upgrades are tied to the local infrastructure on a node level. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
