Why do I have to subscribe to Newsmax when it was part of my package?

Hi there, @user_47m838! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community Forum! We have heard of a few customers running into this issue. Have you done any troubleshooting? If not, I would recommend saying "refresh" into your voice remote if you have one to reset the box. If you don't, try unplugging the power for a few moments and then once you plug back in and picture is restored, see if you can view Newsmax. Let me know the results!
